How do I track my order?
Order Tracking and History
To track your order, Log in to your account. On the left menu, click In Process to see only recently placed orders or All Orders to see a list of all orders placed. Tracking information will appear in the Status column when available. To track the shipment, go to UPS.com and enter the tracking number provided
How do I find my password?
I Forgot My Password
To request a new ONE TIME use only password via e-mail, click Log In on the top right corner of the homepage. Click the Forgot Password link, enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click the 'Request a New Password' button. You will then have to immediately change this password again after you log in with it next time. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password.
Do you have a minimum order?
No Minimum Order
Generally, the answer is No. We do not have a minimum dollar amount on regular stock orders. There are minimum quantities for custom products or custom printing, and some specially priced items. These minimums are shown on the product page by the 'Update' button. If an amount lower than the minimum is entered, the system will ask for an updated quantity to meet the minimum requirement.
How do I request free Sample?
Requesting a Sample
Imprinted or plain samples are available at no charge up to 1-2 samples. Some restrictions apply.
Samples are sent out via US Mail within 24 hours unless back-ordered. If there are any delays in shipping your sample, our Sample Department will notify you.
If you need overnight delivery, you must provide us with a UPS or FedEx account number or a credit card to cover the shipping costs. If you need the sample by a specific date, please make sure to note that. Please try to be specific about what type of sample you need so that we may expedite your request in a timely manner. If ordering a custom printed sample, please indicate how many bags you are thinking of ordering so that an appropriate sample is shipped to you.
Clean room bag samples are available but at a charge determined by the sample size and quantity. Certain items do not have samples available, such as shrink wrap, shrink tubing, poly tubing, poly sheeting and large bag sizes.

As such, any artwork or design may not be recreated in whole or in parts by the addressee, or any party receiving our concepts from APlasticBag.com, without our specific written permission in advance. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action for compensatory and punitive damages for the unauthorized use of our concepts or ideas.

Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Cards
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Check Cards.
PayPal
PayPal allows a customer to utilize credit card transactions without exposing credit card number to a merchant. A PayPal account is required.
Checks or Money Order
We accept checks or Money Orders. Any refunds or credits will be returned by check.
Wire Transfer
Please contact our Customer Service Associates at 877-992-2247.
Purchase Orders
In addition to all the major credit cards, we accept purchase orders with terms are Net 15 days. Please contact our Customer Service associates at 877-992-2247 to order. Re-seller's or Tax Exempt certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax charges.
We do not accept C.O.D.
How do I request large qty pricing?
Requesting a Quote
You can generate a price quote before making a purchase.
If the product is already on the website, simply add the desired product(s) to your shopping cart by clicking Add to Cart or Request a Quote. This will take you to the check-out page. Under Payment Method, select Request Quote. This will generate a quote number and give you pricing (including shipping and handling charges).
If the product is not on the website, our Custom Quote Center is the place for you. Click Quote in the top right corner of the homepage and fill out the form. Our dedicated team of promotions specialists will get back to you shortly.
Please be advised that saved price quotes are for customer reference only. They will not be recognized as orders and will not be shipped unless converted into an order from the customer account.
